[FR] Enable midi output

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I tried to put rift feedback lite after ddsp in the chain hoping ddsp would pass on the midi information of its pitch detector, so i can put the plugin there as a resonator. i wasn't surprised that the feature was missing, but it would be cool if you added it.

Describe the solution you'd like it's not a must-have but imagine how cool it would be. people could instantly layer their ddsp sounds with other synths or just use ddsp as a midi generator entirely without using the effect's own sounds, but to get synths to have a nice vibrato and stuff

Describe alternatives you've considered there are no alternative solutions. this would be a novel feature
