Hi! sorry for being late, but the issue should be fixed now based on what I read here? However, being a newbie with sMRIPrep, what should I do to use...

FYI: smriprep-docker 0.9.1 ran for one of the two subjects but crashed with the same error code as before for the 2nd subject.

@dangom any updates about that? I've randomly ended up on that issue and was wondering about the "flexibility" of the sMRIPrep pipeline in general (I'm a new sMRIPrep user).
