Support for long form comics (webtoons Manhwa)

An option so that reading these comics stay in vertical form, with pages stitching together. Probably be done after #23 is done.

Adding an option to merge/split pages from the pages window. Or probably just a setting like Page Type => Deleted that would be done on Export.
