At the moment our only documentation are basically the TypeScript types. We should add the options to the `README.md`.

Add the moment we default to the `jsx` loader, but it would make more sense to adopt the same approach as here: https://github.com/fantun3s/esbuild-plugin-relay/blob/c61f2fd6dcf4cae046f35297596b479335992af7/src/index.ts#L28
