It does check the full URI and not only the redirect_uri as far as I could tell with a short look.

I could not look into this. I tried implementing the localalized json files on another project some time ago but I failed. I can't invest the time right now to...

I also had collisions appearing with FileStorage. Did not debug too much as it seems to works for some time after a webserver reload and I am still in development....

I just saw it's also missing on Frequencies with rpm.

 Same here, my server is on 2.3.0, fresh install from yesterday. Toast message error saying Api 4 not supported.
