How to enable all debug which is available?

Hello. Maybe, stupid question, but still: how to enable all logs which is available? I see INFO, CRITICAL and DEBUG messages, but do not see all access logs and error...

Getting "Error ThrottlingException: Rate exceeded status code: 400, request id: a7d9be90-627d-11e9-9a51-578e1f84b418" from saw. Maybe, can add some refresh interval for parameter?

fstab mount point with spaces in prefix.
