I've seen this error before, it appears to be unable to determine the ideal bitrate. I'll have to check what's going wrong.
If i decide to use Pillow, https://github.com/python-pillow/Pillow/issues/6201 is relevant.
so mediaforge seems to be incorrectly reading the image as a video and trying to get its duration (which fails). can you send the image?
Hmm this might have to do with my (buggy) new media format detecting code, cause it appears to be treating your static image file as a video.
Can you upload the jpeg file so I can make sure I fix it right?
