Hello, I am a RL learner who engage in EMS of HEV, and I also meet the problem of action satuation that you had met in your past project. I'm wondering that how to fix this problem. I tried to use bn-layer, but not working. If you have written your method and its principle in your paper, may I know your paper's title? Maybe I need to read your paper for further communication : )
