Currently we follow Python syntax (snake case) for field names. UBL names (camel case) should be "translated" before using. This is also done when going e.g. from JS to Python....

I converted all our doc files to Markdown. Much easier to edit.

Language support

UTF-8 should support every main language.

Good idea. We already have a [template developer tutorial](https://github.com/invoice-x/invoice2data/blob/master/TUTORIAL.rst), which is related. Maybe it's also time for a ReadTheDocs site with further info.

Those messages come from Tesseract. If there is a switch to turn them off, we can add them to `invoice2data`. Or there is an issue with the image passed to...
