Apparently a simple Directory,Exists() call always returns true even when a target directory doesn't exist (at least that happens in the AppData special folders). I had to wrap the code...

Start automatically removing 'downloaded from the internet' identifiers from custom modules

That PR is going to fix the main issue of many first time users of custom VRCFT modules that is forgetting to unblock the downloaded module. Yay
