+1 on this. I would expect the counter to reset and therefore have to write my own once per second sync function
@didip @dmowcomber @cyberdelia would we expect this behavior to perhaps be part of the Config struct or should it always clear a counter on flush?
i agree completely. i'll try to get to this one because it really shouldn't be horrible. any ideas on the setting name? something like `ResetCountersOnFlush` or something similar?
@buzzdan i never actually had the time to do this but feel free to take a stab. If I do get the time I wouldn't mind trying it but i'd...
I may take a stab at this shortly.... it should be pretty straightforward
if i'm understanding this properly...... extracting any claims, including subscriber.... will not function during local development, even if I do supply a token? I can't really validate any refresh token...
ok, apparently I need to send the identity token to the cognito authorizer, not the access token.
this would be a great feature. as long as two amplify apps vs one w/ two envs doesn't impact my cost, its a very reasonable workaround
i had just decided to host an app via amplify to stay in the AWS ecosystem and now I have to figure something else out. frustrating.
I imagine AWS doesn't care about this because vercel (from my understanding) is leveraging lambda.... so AWS gets the $$ in any case.... even if they are leaving some on...
