再起動時及びサーバー起動中に `fs2.Stream` が例外を吐き正常に終了出来なかったり異常な再起動を繰り返す

- サーバーが **再起動** または **どこかのタイミング** で `fs2.Stream` が例外を吐いて再起動を繰り返し, 正常に終了できない. - 再起動以外の発生条件は不明. ただしこの例外を吐く前に複数プレイヤーが一度に本番環境のサーバーから蹴られる. - また一部のプレイヤーからはスキルデータがクリアされたという報告もある (ポイントは失わず, 解放状況自体がなかったことになる) ログ: https://gist.github.com/m1sk9/ebbf2af86ffd291fd97782d27cb35bce
