I'm guessing you are getting "error: metadata-generation-failed" during installation. In that case you have to install libfuse-dev first. e.g. `apt-get install -y libfuse-dev`
With ccxt version 4.4.29, Spot markets on deribit are marked as inverse. They shouldn't be. This leads to incorrect cost calculation.
The calculation of trade cost now works correctly for deribit spot markets with ccxt 4.4.30
