Password Button and Commit Button don’t response

Password Button and Commit Button don’t response if the app is in Record page. 

The page that shows all tags doesn’t show correctly. The screen shot is post below. 

After one submission of the expense, the app will allow the submissions that without a tag. The screenshot of the bug is shown as right.
