Parentheses don't highlight correctly
This is how they look in Solarized Dark
And this is how they look in the regular Dark
As you can see, the parentheses' "highlighted"-ness in the first two images appears to be the same color as the background, giving the appearance of cutting off the row-selector-box, whereas in the third image the parentheses are highlighted in blue. Personally, I think it would look better with a slight highlight that's visible but not too pronounced.
Hmm.. wierd..
On mine it definitely highlights matching parentheses:
Very strange... I even went so far as to restart my computer and it's still not appearing the way it should. I'm extremely new to all of this (I only started learning to program 2 weeks ago), so I don't know if maybe there's something I'm missing...
Can confirm tomothy37's issue. Workaround:
Started editing the theme, found four "Text editor -> Brace matching" settings. "(Rectangle) -> Background" seems to be the one responsible, it's set to black. Clicked on the ARGB hex value, changed it to "Default", it becomes cream colored. Now it's usable.
@tomothy37 : After editing a theme, switch back and forth between color themes to reflect your changes. No need to restart VS or even your computer.
