Why just this one file? There are 111 matches of "SIL International" is the *.cs files from what I see at `grep -r --include="*.cs" "SIL International" | wc -l`.

GlobalMutex.LinuxGlobalMutexAdapter uses hardcoded /var/lock directory, which is deprecated in modern Linux and will go away

If we need to change how the Linux global mutex works anyway, it might be worth considering adopting the ExplicitGlobalMutexAdapter on Linux. I think it will work as-is even though...
