Now that virtual threads and structured concurrency are about to get previewed for the first time on JDK19, I'd like to raise the discussion of Loom & Reactor [once more](https://github.com/reactor/reactor-core/issues/2548)....

This PR includes some fixes in the code samples and the explanations of the retrying section of the docs.
