Readme.md : not all the installations steps are clear enough

Also I needed to download vfsStream to lib directory manually.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function readline_read_history() on wamp

Sorry, I found the similar issue in closed. But I think it's better not to try use readline on windows and continue gracefully. I can solve it actually by myself.
