I update chrome to version 105 and install undetected_chromedriver Then run below code ``` driver = uc.Chrome(options=options) options = uc.ChromeOptions() options.arguments.extend(["--no-sandbox", "--disable-setuid-sandbox","--headless"]) driver = uc.Chrome(options=options) ``` and I solve it...

That means the network or server is not stable and you can **rerun krakenuniq-download** and it will skip genomes that exist and download failed genome , when you see 'invalid...

I install krakenuniq with conda and same issue, but use `which jellyfish` and find path of jellyfish in my conda env and use `--jellyfish-bin yourjellyfish`. this works to me!
