@wmayer looks like realthunder has a fix in his branch (see commit above). Should this be addressed in master branch in v0.20 or postponed?

The fact is that if you change your locale and don't restart, there are certain aspects of FreeCAD that still won't respect the locale change. This is why I'm proposing...

BTW, QtDesigner is hard to use. I tried to break the layout of the .ui and add a Qlabel and jeez it was not cooperating :disappointed:

The more I think of this, the more it merits a dialog asking if the user wants to restart now or later. CC @donovaly
