[BUG] Demo application does not work with SR

I imagine like just about everyone else I wanted to try out the depth output from the SR. So I went to the documentation https://docs.luxonis.com/en/latest/ and clicked on the big oak d picture and installed everything, but the demo application did not work. The depth tab is unclickable and grayed out. Seems like others have this issue as well. It's pretty frustrating that I've spent an hour trying to figure out what I did wrong when in fact this is a known but unsolved bug. https://github.com/luxonis/depthai/issues/1046

Hi @Nate711 and @keithburden , We apologize for the delay and inconvenience. The depthai_demo is a bit outdated, and doesn't work with the OAK-D-SR. We will be deprecating the depthai_demo in favour of DepthAI Viewer, which is more efficient and provides many more features. Thank you for understanding, Erik
