I don't think the 3B+ supports gadget mode. According to [this website](https://www.hardill.me.uk/wordpress/2019/11/02/pi4-usb-c-gadget/), the Pi 4 does though

Currently, there's no way to exclude subreddits or users from my end, but you can ban the bot and it won't be able to comment in your subreddit again.
