Hi @rajndrasharma @arielbvargas , did you follow the directions in the Readme to install the drivers? USB printing works fine on windows, Mac, and Linux, but the way it works...

You should be able to use the status features to determine if the printer is actually connected and online, independent on if the COM port is connectable @hackdan .
