Thanks to work submitted from @itsWindows11 and others, #10283 is now ready for extensive testing and review.

I think we should ditch the Status Center UI that I built. It has proven to be unintuitive and could be better served by a window displaying information.

I can reproduce this WASM debugging issue on macOS as well when using VS Code.

@jeromelaban Can this issue be closed now, or is the Windows project still mandatory?
