Bump catboost-prediction version to 1.1

Bump `catboost-prediction` version to 1.1 in Java example, add small cosmetic fixes. I'd love to talk about proposed shape of Java docs — maybe we could improve them much more?

fixes https://github.com/resilience4j/resilience4j/issues/2147 and introduces @throws annotation in javadocs for consistency with rest of the class

Improves messages for failure rate threshold and slow call rate threshold to match documentation. Fixes https://github.com/resilience4j/resilience4j/issues/2202
