Thanks @deepak1556 I have also confirmed installing the v1.103.0 build system wide resolves the issue for standard users who log into the machine
Confirmed the latest insiders build 1.103.0 runs successfully for a standard user with a roaming profile in an environment running FSLogix 3.25.626.21064 on Windows 11 24H2 Multi-Session /verified
