I normally have a lot of tabs open in my panel. I can however control many apps via the tray icon. It would be nice to control Tomate this way...

Problem when importing factor variables with SOME missing labels

I have a problem when importing labels from Stata to R. Problem seems to occur because the variable has SOME missing labels. `read.dta13` seems to assign values without labels first...

Basically, copy the functionality of [pdf-webslides](https://github.com/misc0110/pdf-webslides). This way it only shows one page at a time. It looks much better than showing the whole pdf in the html file.

I would like to revert to a version which gave me less problems.
