A gui to change configuration

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It gets boring having to open the config file to change the configuration.

Describe the solution you'd like Maybe Having a plasmoid to change the configuration.

Describe alternatives you've considered python made gui??

Additional context I have zero experience with plasma widgets or qt C++ development, I want to learn yes, but any help to get me started would be good :smiley:
