Confirmed this on my machine. This failure can be reproduced by using the above `RECORD` file as a fixture in the existing `TestParseWheelEggRecord` test.

Would it be worth using [ko](https://github.com/google/ko) for building container images? I've seen more folks using it for building images w/ static Go binaries, since ko requires a whole lot less...
