Any followup on this? There seems to be a guide posted in the thread about electron-builder support for flatpak: https://github.com/electron-userland/electron-builder/issues/512#issuecomment-716304626

I changed OS and it's also happening when running manjaro linux 20.2.1 with the snap version.

Just a heads up, currently this extension breaks the overview, no windows will be shown. It's probably already known I'm guessing, but might as well mention it.
