When it was added, it was required for HA to start correctly.

Even if that worked, nothing else would, see #44. This entire package needs a full rewrite, and currently, I really don't see that happening anytime soon :/

Okay, then no. Unless they also changed that, but that would be outside of this.
Thanks for that @rithvikvibhu :) Storing tokens in HA is not a problem. Getting the token, on the other hand, looks like it may be too much for most users...
