Unsuitable location for the new_adam static method

As noted in a TODO comment, the `new_adam` static method is not suited to the `ConfigManager` object in `utils/config_manager.py`, and would make a lot more sense to exist in `model/models.py`....

From v1.2.0, empty equation lines are skipped (with no characters or with only a tab) but they are not skipped if that tab is actually four spaces.

It would be good to have some more example documents in the `examples` directory, with more specific examples such as a maths paper to exemplify writing equations in TeXLite.

Tables

An element from more advanced Markdown syntax that would be great to include is tables.

A way to link a bibtex (perhaps with a `--bib`) and then cite would be a good feature to add soon, as references are an important part of many documents.
