why does running pip install requirements.txt saying that some packages listed in the requirements requires at least python 3.9 and why does torch-1.7.1-cp38-cp38-win_amd64.whl is not at all compatiable with torchvision==0.8.2?...

The file "./data/demo/32_dim/cloud_bin_0.ply_0.150000_16_1.750000_3DSmoothNet.npz" does not exist. May I know where i to download the pointcloud files so that I can try the ./demo.py before training my data?
