Also removing the handle from experimental, this took more doing but that seems to work just fine.
@e10harvey do you know why the AT-2 is not letting things run? I thought we had fixed this with PR #2243 ?
We have only worked on the new solvers stack that would be: Tpetra, Ifpack2, Belos, Amesos2, Xpetra, Zoltan2 and MueLu.
This was superseded by PR #302 I think it can be closed?
On that note you probably need to to something special with amdclang, on caraway at least you'll get some issues... might be worth testing on elcap...
@brian-kelley it no longer works on kokkos-dev2 I am guessing because of the move to rhel 8 or 9? So I have to find a new way, will look at...
