Add mask if variable or vhd contains sas token

If the value of vhd parameter contains sas token, the token will be printed in the log before this fix.

For some distros, such as Mariner, there might be many audit messages in dmesg. The vmbus version information might get flushed. Hence check for pattern in /var/log/messages or /var/log/syslog.

This feature can collect the core usage information, which can guide us to request the appropriate compute quota for the subscription.

One change of storage ([PR](https://github.com/microsoft/lisa/pull/3293)) requires the AITL service principle to have these storage blob actions.
