I'm going to say +1 myself because it does indeed sounds intersting and would definitely use this myself. But i do have to agree with one part from flame here....
It happens everytime someone run `steal`.
I think sending a failure message when user already banned is a better choose tbh.

They still don't have a public api yet though. They've been working on one for months with no ETA set.
I'll say +1 for option 2. It sounds pretty alright option since I nearly never see anyone actually unload downloader, You pretty much need it for cog installing, repo adding...
So to start after a full day of testing... - twitch: it works fine and all commands works. but when adding a game for the specified channel it does not...
