'./quantize' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program

Same problem here (Windows 10). I had no issues with installing alpaca though.

'dalai' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Change the directory to the one where you have dalai files. If this doesn't help, try the following: npm install dalai alpaca 7b.
