Docs Recipe - no setting for includeProtected (AnalyzeCSharp.WherePublic)

Wyam.Docs.Pipelines.Api.GetModules() calls AnalyzeCSharp.WherePublic() which by default includes protected. It would be nice to be able to configure this so you can exclude protected methods/properties from the documentation..
