I believe it's @halseth's fork of lnd in the `mobile-build-tool` branch. `make ios && make android` should work. I think you also have to patch this commit so it actually...
Personally I just use the same instructions for this fork: https://github.com/LN-Zap/lnd/tree/mobile-build-tool. It's well maintained and currently equivalent to lnd 0.7.0.

This is expected behaviour, when data is stored into the iOS Keychain, it's retained forever until you manually erase it. If you really, really need to erase your keychain data...
