Not live yet, but GetApiToken should be changed to action=query&meta=tokens and perhaps cached.

It's live now.

Parse the _missing_ field of [API result](https://en.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&prop=revisions&format=jsonfm&titles=Some%20missssing%20article) and add _exists_ getter to _Article_. Redirect information is available only at _prop=info_ :(

To be able to use foo(bar) in expressions. Very useful.
