Thanks @ogvalt, I just took bits and pieces from [Tuya converter](https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee-herdsman-converters/blob/master/src/devices/tuya.ts) for similar device EARU EAKCB-T-M-Z and after some trial and error managed to make my external converter work.
