I'd like to see examples for interacting with dialogs. I noticed a Dialog model in the library. But I don't know how to use it.

 Non-flags enum marked as `[Flags]` in XmlRpcNonStandard.

The flags enum is used for flags, so I don't know why it's reporting this. I would not change it.

I get this issue in netcoreapp2.0

@LordVeovis This is also a dotnet core MVC application. The csproj uses "netcoreapp2.0". Is your MVC application also using netcoreapp2.0?

As far as I can tell, this issue occurs because XmlRpcStruct was modified from the original Cook Computing source code to use a HashTable instead of a dictionary.
