Not quite sure what you mean — what is a nested markdown file?

You can currently have multiple pages if you create multiple `.md` files, but there's no way to link between them in the nav sidebar, which is why I was curious...

Ah, like nested `includes` inside another `include`. You should be able to manually include things with middleman's [partial syntax](https://middlemanapp.com/basics/partials/), which is how includes work under-the-hood.

Rendered as-is? Did you change your file type to `.md.erb`?

Is your index file called `index.md.erb`?

I don't have time to look now since I'm preparing for a new term of school to start, but I'm reopening this so I can take a look later.

Actually going to reopen this — we've fixed the `undefined` problem (hopefully) but still would be nice to have some predictable way to disable dynamic titling.

Hey @albizures! My time for the next month at least is largely taken up by another project, so I don't have time to do the kind of reorganization that this...

(It's also definitely something I'd want in this library eventually, whether implemented by somebody else or myself)
