Node friendly api

Hi @lord, I'm working on the implementation of rust/wasm into parceljs and I wondering if you are planning on making a more friendly api to using wargo as a library rather than a cli command.

Right now I'm using it through child_process but I would love to use it directly and I could help you with that ✋

Hey @albizures! My time for the next month at least is largely taken up by another project, so I don't have time to do the kind of reorganization that this would require, but I'd be more than glad to answer questions and review PRs!
