USB inconsistantly mounts in Model 3

I noticed this issue as well but curiously, this issue did not occur with the original code. I happened after I updated the setup on 31Oct.

@jspv, yes, I also had the random disconnect issue but after upgrading to dev kernel, its been working fine I am on 8.3, not usb power issue for me.
