It would nice to have some configuration parameters to set CSV format options such as record separator, line separator etc. I need a tab separated CSV at the moment.
This is the relevant line and it looks like it is ignoring the value that was grabbed a couple of lines above: https://github.com/jdorn/php-reports/blob/master/classes/headers/VariableHeader.php#L116
Going by the webservice documentation The TimeEntryValue web service does support a date parameter.
