I fixed the test (typo in expected service config), simplified the package option with `mkPackageOption` and rebased into `master`.
I added the `dangerLevelCommand` to the test using `normalizeStorePaths`. I also added all the other options to the test which is now complete.

This plugin being written in Lua, it is not possible to use it with vanilla vim. A vim alternative for this plugin would be [`tomasiser/vim-code/dark`](https://github.com/tomasiser/vim-code-dark).
I just tested this following https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/312253 and can confirm it works fine with config.hardware.nvidia-container-toolkit.enable. However, I don't think this should be limited only to wsl.docker-desktop.enable, since Podman users, for example,...
Looks good to me! Tested on a Podman setup and works as expected.
I'm not sure I fully understand your situation, but couldn't you specify the user in the flake URI when invoking `home-manager`, as in ```console home-manager switch --flake # ```
