feature request: Limit number of concurrent sessions per user

What problem did you meet?

I work for a publisher and we sell subscriptions to premium online content. In order to limit account sharing, a subscriber may not be logged in more than x times simultaneously.

Describe what you'd like Logto to have

I would like to see a setting where you can set how many active sessions a user may have. When the limit is exceeded, the oldest session should be terminated.
