feature request: Elixir SDK

It would be helpful to have an SDK for Elixir language and the Phoenix Framework

Here are a couple of auth libraries in Elixir which support multiple strategies where Logto support can be added:

If you are in urgent need, you may consider referring to our SDK conventions to implement a solution that meets your requirements. Furthermore, if you have the time, feel free to contribute your codes. ❤️
