Swedish experience phrases

I really need Swedish in the sign in experience, so I started translating some phrases.

It's still a work in progress since I'm not sure which files I need to edit in order to add a new language. Some pointers would be much appreciated!

Is it possible to ship phrases for just the sign in experience without having to translate the whole UI?

sure. adding phrases to the phrases-experience package will do so.

We ended up configuring custom translations with wording which lines up better with our brand identity than the ones I submitted here, so it's a non-issue for us atm, but I can still take a look at updating this PR if you'd be interested in merging it.

In case anyone else picks this PR up: while modifying the phrases from this PR to our brand aligned versions, I noticed that one or two of the phrases doesn't work great in the context of the UI and needs to be updated.
